Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for playing our games and using this website.
Agreement
By downloading, installing or using a Maandoh Studio game (a “Game”) or visiting maandoh.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play each Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Games are licensed, not sold. The terms of the platform or store you got the Game from (for example Google Play, the Apple App Store or Nintendo eShop) also apply. If they conflict with these terms on matters such as purchases, refunds or device use, the platform’s terms apply to that matter.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract assets from a Game, except where the law allows it.
- Cheat, tamper with scores, or use bots, hacks or modified clients on leaderboards.
- Sell, rent or redistribute a Game, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the Site, the platforms and stores that distribute our Games, or their game services.
Purchases and in-game content
Some content may be free, some may be unlocked by playing, and some may need a paid purchase or subscription. Prices, billing periods and terms are shown in the store before you buy. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the platform you bought from, under its policies. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your account settings on that platform. Features and prices may change.
Your progress
Progress is saved on your device and, where a platform offers it and you enable it, in that platform’s cloud save. If you uninstall a Game, clear its data, or change devices, you may lose progress. We do not guarantee that progress, scores or achievements can be restored.
Ownership
The Games, their art, music, code, names and logos are owned by Maandoh or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no ownership of any of it. “Maandoh”, “Maandoh Studio” and our game titles are our names.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop supporting a Game or the Site at any time, and some updates may be required to keep playing. A Game may not be available on every platform or in every country. We try to keep our Games running well but do not promise they will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer
The Games and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Maandoh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of a Game or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by cheating on leaderboards.
Platform terms
Platforms such as Google, Apple and Nintendo are not responsible for our Games, their content, support or maintenance, and are not parties to these terms. Questions or claims about a Game should come to us at the email below. Where a platform’s rules make it a third-party beneficiary of these terms, it may enforce them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use a Game or the Site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws of the place you live.
